How to refer

A step-by-step on how to refer your clients to Prospr effectively.

⚠️ IMPORTANT! As a referring agent, it is your job to qualify you clients (step 1) and get their consent (step 2) before sending their referral through.

Qualify your clients

Your client should be UNDER 60 years or age and NOT living in Quebec or Manitoba in order to qualify for a Prospr referral.

Make sure their meet these criteria before sending their referral through.

Get client consent

Only clients that have EXPLICITLY told you they'd like to speak to Prospr can be referred.

Use this email template with the Prospr client form attached to introduce the basics of insurance and Prospr, so you're clients can consent to be referred.

Send client referral

Once your client has told you that they'd like to speak with Prospr, send their referral through Finmo or ReferLink.

Use this email template to your clients before referral, so they know what to expect.

Once you send the referral through, share this booking link and encourage your client to book in directly with Prospr.
